What Is transMas?
transMaS is built to work for transport operators, whilst the core functionality of the system is for the traffic desk and planners, the system is also built to accommodate more advanced functionality for larger companies including driver rosters and purchase order systems.
Who Is transMaS For?
transMaS is our proprietary transport management system which combines the key features of a transport office into one system, allowing transport operators to take an overview of the current operation while simultaneously providing more detailed information as required. Allowing every level of your company to view relevant information, it can also restrict access where required.
Driver Rosters
The driver roster and absence tracking module comes included in the core functionality of transMaS. Allowing you to set each driver with a specific shift pattern it can help you keep an eye on how many drivers are available. As well as allowing you to enter holidays into the absence planner it also helps you manage how many drivers are away at any point.
Purchase Orders
We provide a full purchase order management suite to help you monitor your costs and highlight any unusual spending. Our purchase order system integrates with other parts of the system allowing you to link costs to specific customers, drivers and vehicles as well as anything else within the system. The purchase order system has a fully controllable authority approval system. This allows you to set limits on staff purchases, which require approval from a senior member of the team.

Providing simple to navigate yet informative screens we help your operators get the information they need quickly and efficiently from our central planners. With minimal clutter the information you require is available instantly and any updates are pushed to all users simultaneously. Ensuring all operators are working on the current information.
Compliance Dashboard
By linking our different software together transMaS is able to provide you with a compliance dashboard which is based around driver performance amongst other key features. Able to include information from various sources and provide you with a leaderboard, the compliance dashboard aims to improve your drivers compliance with various regulations and company targets.
