WHAT IS THERE TO LOSE

Please note: For Driver CPC courses the regulations state that you must bring one of the following:
  • a photocard driving licence
  • a valid passport
  • a digital tachograph card
  • a driver qualification card (DQC)

TDi cannot upload your details if you do not meet this requirement.

Payment is required at the time of booking. Places cannot be reserved without payment. In the event of non-payment TDi, reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Cancellation and Postponement

If you wish to cancel it is imperative that you obtain a cancellation number from the training department on 01245 252 375.

TDi reserve the right to charge the following if cancellation of a booking is required. The breakdown is as follows:

14 days or less prior to the agreed training date – 80% of the fee (ex VAT)

15 to 28 days prior to the agreed training date – 50% of the fee (ex VAT)

More than 29 days prior to the agreed training date – 20% of the fee (ex VAT)

In cases were postponement is required by the customer, an administration fee will apply unless we are able to re-deploy the personnel concerned:

14 days or less prior to the agreed training date – 25% of the fee (ex VAT)

More than 14 days prior to the agreed training date – 0% of the fee (ex VAT)

General

Any variations to the joining instructions, course dates, time of attendance etc, made by TDi will be notified to the customer. In the event of cancellation by TDi every effort will be made to offer a suitable alternative. All complaints/refunds will be dealt with promptly and fairly within the TDi. Quality Assurance Policy.

Every effort is made to ensure that the instructions, hand-outs, course notes, or reports given are true and correct at the time but T.D.I. does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions.

Any delegate attending TDi premises or those of a sub-contractor, including vehicles, are required to adhere to any notices or instructions given to them by TDi, or sub-contractors staff. TDi does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused to personal belongings or vehicles left on the premises.

Unless specific arrangements are made for course refreshments by TDi, refreshments during the course will be the delegate’s responsibility.

The above terms and conditions are binding on accepting the confirmation of the event and no variation maybe made without a specific agreement with the management of TDi.

It is important that adequate provision is made to ensure that drivers attending courses are able to comply with the rest requirements laid down in Driver Hours Regulations.

CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1. If you wish to cancel it is imperative that you obtain a cancellation number from the training department.

2. Cancellation of confirmed bookings by a customer are subject to a cancellation fee:

14 days or less prior to the agreed training date – 80% of the fee (ex VAT)

15 to 28 days prior to the agreed training date – 50% of the fee (ex VAT)

More than 29 days prior to the agreed training date – 20% of the fee (ex VAT)

3. Substitution of course delegates will be accepted upon reasonable notice being given, and the original confirmation and fee will be deemed to be accepted.
